I was purchasing bagels and simply asked for a tiny piece of ham for my French bulldogs. Shockingly, they wanted to charge me $3.90 for a minuscule slice, bluntly stating “nothing is free.” This was beyond unreasonable, it was outright gouging. That attitude toward a loyal customer was completely unacceptable, and I left feeling disrespected and appalled by the sheer pettiness. Beyond disgusting customer service!

I've been going to this location for about 6 months. I'm part of the DHS shutdown. I came in a few days ago in uniform and they insisted I take a bunch of bagels and cream cheese. I took them to work and they devoured them. Thank you for your kindness. Good Karma to you all. Take care

I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. My grilled cheese was cold and made with shredded cheese. I asked to have it remade and it very like plasticy and rubbery. Defiantly not worth the 7.75 The girl rolled her eyes at me when I politely asked for a new sandwich. Note that this is something I could've.l made at home and what not. It don't come with the variety of cheese that was mentioned on the menu. My boyfriend’s BLT was rubbery and dry not crisp at all. This was a very unpleasant experience and the worst money I’ve spent at a place like this. I would recommend this place ever coffee was not kept up to date and the hasbrowns were cold you could tell the person on the counter making the food was not having it what an awful experience. Would love a refund for this awful experience

Welcoming Bagel Shop near Ft. Lauderdale! Chesapeake Bagel Bakery is a must visit. The bagels are so fresh and delicious. My girlfriend got the pumpernickel with plain cream cheese and I got the everything bagel with sausage and egg. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a great bagel and amazing service.

Quick friendly service. The suggestions by the staff were well worth it. The smells are absolutely worth it as well. Met the owner outside and had a great chat. Absolutely the best bagels. Definitely coming back here.
